What does "The Gut Mom" mean?

I believe everything leads back to our gut.

I feel it's God's "telephone line"  he uses to speak to us.

As a mom I'll bet you've had plenty of times where you used your "gut feeling" to tell you to check on your child or to pull the break and check into something, and I'll bet you were right.

Our thoughts and emotions begin in our gut. If it's healthy, we have healthy thoughts and behaviors, if it's unhealthy we feel foggy, tired and overwhelmed.

I thought of "The Gut Mom" when I was on an airplane to Dallas.  I felt this tug to share the little knowledge I had about gut health with the world, but my vision was bigger than that.  It was a platform to shine the light on strong, educated, fun, driven moms who put God and their family first but also know they're meant for more, they just need a community of other like-minded women who "get them", so they can pursue their dreams and do their best to find work-life-passion balance.  Is that you?

If you're still reading this I'm going to go a little deeper with you. I've spent the past 18 years helping women from a health standpoint and have been blessed to work remotely while raising our 4 kids and earning a significant income to support our family's dreams, goals...and medical bills. We can have it all as busy moms.  I know what's possible, especially in the remote/online space. I understand the burning desire in your heart and I'm here to help you dig into your passion so you can live each day with purpose. Are you ready?
